All proceeds will be donated to Hope Not Handcuffs. Hope Not Handcuffs NY is a program of Tri County Community Partnership, aimed at bringing law enforcement and community organizations together in an effort to find viable treatment options for individuals seeking help to reduce dependency with prescription medication, alcohol, heroin, or other drugs.
