"Coach Moo" is a Gulf Coast Runners board member and a level 1 certified running coach with USA Track & Field. This camp is in its 10th year of preparing youth distance runners with the tools needed to "take the next step" and hit their potential. Additionally, we are in our 4th year of offering an elementary camp that uses games and fun to enhance their love of movement. The focus for both is to provide knowledge and a plan to tackle summer running, with an emphasis on reaching your potential for your cross country team in the fall.
