Emma Creek Classic 5K/1M – Hesston, KS 2026

We have ran for 35 years, and we have no plans to stop! Welcome to the 35th Run of the Emma Creek 5K/1M run/walk. This is our annual fundraiser to raise funds to serve our youth, who due to budgetary constraints, would not be able to participate. This race is a tradition in Hesston Kansas and is unique because it is a women's only race, where we have a variety of ages, as we have 17 awarded age groups as well as the top ten! The first 500 who sign up will receive a swag bag with goodies from our sponsors as well as a 2026 Emma Creek t-shirt. The one mile will start at 9am. It is a fun run/walk, non-competitive for those who want to support Hesston Rec, but do not want to do a 5k. The 5k will start at 9:30am, with awards ceremony at 10:30am. We wanted to give you an option to choose the color of you shirt this year!!! To celebrate 35 years, we want you to have the option of color of shirt you would like.
