Runners can expect to do a level 1-level 2 distance trail run each week, with some weeks including an intensity workout. Hikers will explore the trails without the extra challenge of running. The focus of this group is to maintain your physical fitness throughout the summer months and get outside on the trails for a run with like minded individuals.
