Every fall, cooler temperatures signal the beginning of manatee migration as these gentle giants make their way toward Florida's warm-water springs and coastal habitats. During this time, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) encourages everyone to help protect manatees by slowing down in designated manatee zones and remaining aware while enjoying Florida's waterways. The Englewood Beach Manatee Mosey is more than just a race—it's an opportunity to celebrate Florida's incredible natural resources while enjoying one of the most scenic race locations on the Gulf Coast.
