This decision allows more of the funds raised to go directly toward Maria Jiron’s expenses during her fight against breast cancer. Participants are encouraged to wear any pink shirt they already own , if possible, to show their support for Maria and help fill the course with hope, strength, and encouragement. Although shirts will not be included, participants will still receive a custom finisher medal. The event will also feature age group awards and professional chip timing by Hog Racing Timing. Thank you for helping us keep the focus where it matters most—supporting Maria in her battle against breast cancer. This event is proudly organized and presented by the Weslaco Running Club.
