Fall Creek Falls Spring Sprint Triathlon – Spencer, TN 2026

NEW in 2026. We are happy to announce that we will now have 2 Sprint Triathlons at Fall Creek Falls State Park starting in 2026. In May 2026 will we have the Inaugural Fall Creek Falls Spring Sprint Triathlon! For those that have participated in the August Triathlon, this is a great opportunity to start the Triathlon season with our favorite location. Our first 100 to register will receive a Bald Eagle Events Lunch Box, shown below, along with their T-shirt. Spring Sprint Distance will be a 500-meter swim, 14-mile bike and a 5k run. Click below for Strava course maps. Sprint Swim Map Swim starts at the dock and swim towards the Lodge. Around 2 bouys then back to the boat ramp to finish the swim. Sprint Bike Map - 14 miles, out and back. Turnaround is located at the Way Inn. Sprint Run Map Run will begin at the transition then proceed across the dam, then left towards the lodge on the paved trail. Out and back to Finish.
