Welcome to the FALL 2026 Fit 5 Season! Fit 5 Runners is a youth running program founded and led by certified educators and USATF-certified track coaches . Our goal is to build confidence, athletic skills, and a love for running in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Practice Location: Gainesville Middle School Track Session Times (choose one): • 9:15 AM • 10:20 AM Scheduled Dates: September: 12, 19, 26 October: 3, 10, 17, 24 Most Saturdays will be practice-focused and include running drills, skill development, games, and instruction centered around our five core standards. Race Days: September 26 October 24 In the event of rain or severe weather, we will make every effort to provide a makeup session when possible; however, makeup sessions are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.
