Remembering Their Sacrifice: Heroes Who Defended Freedom Honor the fallen, challenge yourself, and join the Fort Hunter Liggett (FHL) community for a Memorial Day Murph hosted by Garrison Command Team and FMWR. This annual fitness event pays tribute to LT Michael P. Murphy and all service members who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Participants will complete the classic Murph workout—1‑mile run, 100 pull‑ups, 200 push‑ups, 300 squats, and a final 1‑mile run—scaled or unscaled, with or without a vest. 🔥 Sweat. Sacrifice.
