2026 Firecracker 5k Presented by Barnegat HS XC/Track & Field Parking Instructions All parking is located at Barnegat High School. T-Shirts, Bib Pick Up, and Race Day Registration T-shirt included with 5k registration only, if registered by 11:59 PM on Sunday, June 14th, 2026. T-shirts are adult sizes and will be available for pick-up on race day. All parking at Barnegat HS. After parking, walk up the hill to the track / turf field. T-shirts, Race Bibs, and Race Day Registration will be located under the pavilion next to the track / turf field starting at 7:00AM on race day. Bathrooms are located on each side of the snack stand. 5k is a timed event. Runners, walkers, and/or strollers welcome. No pets allowed! Awards to the top 3 overall male and female finishers. Race Information 8:15AM - 400m Fun Run (kids 10 years and younger, one lap around the track, finisher ribbons to all runners). 8:25AM - National Anthem 8:30AM - Firecracker 5k 9:30AM - Awards Ceremony (under the pavilion).
