Welcome to the SUNDAY SPRING 2026 season (6 meeting days only) PLEASE NOTE: I have never offered Fit 5 on a Sunday, if we have less than 15 participants we will not hold our session (you will be given the option to change to Sat or a refund) We are excited to welcome you to the Fit 5 Family! Fit 5 Runners is a program founded and run by certified educators who are also USATF-level track coaches. This is a professionally run program and not volunteer-based. Sessions will take place on most (but not all) SUNDAYS from 11AM–NOON at the track at Gainesville Middle School. Scheduled Meeting Dates: April 12, 19, 26 May 17, 24, 31 No Sessions: May 3 or 10th (Happy Mothers Day!) Most SUNDAYS will be practice-focused and include running drills, skill development, games, and instruction aligned with our five core standards. Select SUNDAYS will be designated as race days.
