ROC XC - A summer Cross Country Training Series presented by Saucony Fleet Feet is excited to partner with Coach Mike DeMay and Saucony on this summer training series for middle school and high school runners. 2 weeks, 5 days a week at Hopkins Point Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park Week 1: July 20th - July 24th Week 2: July 27th - July 31st Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 11:00 am Coach DeMay of the highly successful Rush-Henrietta XC and T&F programs will lead his team of coaches in getting athletes to the next level with their summer training. Each training session will focus on a different aspect of cross-country training and racing. Topics could include pacing, uphill running, downhill running, race strategy, dynamic warmup, speed drills. All training will be led by expert certified local coaches and will include special guests each week. All participants will receive a ROC XC t-shirt and a complimentary pair of Saucony Endorphin Azura running shoes courtesy of Fleet Feet and Saucony. Saucony
