Floppin’ Flounder 5K – Sullivans Island, SC 2026

The Floppin’ Flounder 5K Run/Walk is one of Charleston’s favorite local 5Ks. Presented by the Charleston Running Club (CRC) with help from the Sullivan’s Island Fire & Rescue Department, this event has had a loyal following for over 25 years. We offer a 5K Run and a walk option, and all participants receive a race shirt and finishers medal. Proceeds from Floppin’ Flounder benefit the Sullivan’s Island Fire & Rescue Dept., CRC, and other local charities.
