Forked UP is a trail series 5k, 10k, Half-Marathon that encourages beginners to seasoned athletes to get out and get dirty! All races will start and finish at North Fork Park, Cutler Flats, West Bowery. 5k-June 24th 10k-July 8th Half-Marathon-July 29th This is meant to be a low cost to entry, no frills, great support to get as many people out enjoying the journey on our trails. 5k will have no aid station 10k will have 1 aid station Half marathon will have 2 aid stations Aid stations will have water, electrolyte from Naak nutrition and gels. Some small selections of chips and salty snackies. Bring a lawn chair to hang out at the Bowery, roast smores and have sno-cones and cheer on everyone else coming in. This is a “trail family” style event.
