Frantic Frog Spring Sprint Triathlon and 5k – Scottsboro, AL 2026

The Goose Pond Island Frantic Frog Spring Sprint Triathlon returns to the Goose Pond Colony Resort, located in Scottsboro, Alabama on May 23rd, 2026. We have also added a Frantic Frog Fall Sprint on September 19th . Consider checking this one out as well. We have added a 5k Run , for those that don't feel challenged to participate in the Triathlon. It will be the same course as the triathlon run portion. You won’t be required to have a USAT membership for the 5k. We invite all to come enjoy the beauty and challenge awaiting in our host Northern Alabama venue! Packet Pickup Friday 5 PM - 7:00 PM & Saturday 6:30- 7:30 AM at the grassy area just outside of the Docks Restaurant. Please park on the north side of the pool and not by the transition area. Please note that if you are picking up your packet on race day morning, you will need to arrive early so that you can get checked in and won’t delay the start of the race.
