WHAT IS GLOBAL RUNNING DAY: Global Running Day is a worldwide celebration of running that encourages people of all ages and abilities to get moving. This day plays an important role, reminding us of the positives that running can offer to our physical and mental health and the power of unification. Let's run together on Global Running Day to celebrate our love of running and take strides toward healthier and more active lives. CELEBRATE GLOBAL RUNNING DAY WITH SARATOGA STRYDERS: Walk, Jog, Run. Begin a 14 week training plan for the iRun Saratoga Half Marathon with Stryder certified coaches. Become a Saratoga Stryder member and take advantage of the full training schedule. Location: This event will be taking place at our usual Wednesday evening location in the Saratoga Spa State Park. Meet by 6:00PM at the northwest corner of the grassy mall area (Stryder bench), across from the Little Theater/Tennis parking lot.
