Run for Freedom, 5K and 10K, + Ruck 2026 — Mount Juliet, TN

Join us for the 4th Annual Run for Freedom, benefiting Rest Stop Ministries. Choose from a Half Marathon (13.1 miles), 10K, 5K, 10K Ruck, or 5K Ruck. Whether you're an experienced runner, first-time participant, walker, or rucker, there's a distance for everyone. The course begins and ends at Mt. Juliet High School, taking participants through the Greenway, Charlie Daniels Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. Every registration helps provide restoration, hope, and freedom for survivors of sex trafficking through Rest Stop Ministries' long-term residential program, workforce empowerment, and supportive services. Rucking is walking or hiking while carrying a weighted backpack (ruck). Weight Requirements Participants over 150 lbs.: 20 lb. dry weight Participants under 150 lbs.: 10 lb. dry weight Important Rules Weigh-in begins 45 minutes before the race. No weigh-in = no finisher medal. Weight must remain in your ruck throughout the race. Random weight checks may occur during the event. Award eligibility requires competing with a traditional backpack-style ruck. Weighted vests and plate carriers are not eligible for awards.
