Halloween 5K and Monster Mile – Stafford, VA 2026

It's a Stafford Halloween tradition! Run or walk with us on October 24th in the 11th Annual Halloween 5K and Monster Mile! Costumes are encouraged and prizes are given to the best costumes. All participants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt and custom finisher's medal as long as you register before the t-shirt deadline on October 10th. The Halloween 5K is the 4th race in the 2026 Stafford Race Series. This race benefits Project Lifesaver with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Project Lifesaver is the premier search and rescue program operated internationally by public safety agencies and is strategically designed for “at risk” individuals who are prone to the life-threatening behavior of wandering. The primary mission of Project Lifesaver is to provide timely response to save lives and reduce potential injury for adults and children with the propensity to wander due to a cognitive condition. Monster Mile Parents: the path along Mine Road parallels the race course. If you want to r
