Healthy Mommy 5K and 10K – Leitchfield, KY 2026

Come join us for a morning of family fun and exercise on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Grayson Co Middle School ! We have a fast, flat, open road course for the Healthy Mommy 5K and 10K that begins at 8:15 am, and Water stops will be provided every mile. The Kiddie Dash (Open to kids ages 0-10 years) begins at 8:00 am and will be approximately 200 yards. These runs honor Kristy Elmore Langdon, who lost her battle with postpartum depression and psychosis in 2014. Our goal is to raise awareness of maternal mental health issues and remember those whose lives have been impacted by mental illness. All proceeds go to the Maternal Mental Health Foundation Inc. Registration Registration for the 5K and 10K is $40 (processing is included) and includes a race day t-shirt . The Kiddie Dash is a Free event for the kids but does NOT include a race day shirt.
