Online Registration closes at 6pm Friday, July 24th. Yes! You can still participate, day of race registration is open from 7am - 7:45am. Please plan on getting to get there early to register, as we need to start the race promptly at 8am. Check the weather for Upton here Join us for the Annual Hot to Trot 5K on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This race grows bigger each year, so don’t miss out on all the fun. It’s a mostly flat family-friendly course, a perfect route for seasoned runners looking to PR, for the casual runner that’s in no rush, and for the entire family to take a walk before the day gets too hot! Every registrant will receive a cool performance-wicking t-shirt, breakfast, and maybe even a medal? Awards are given out to top runners, but the biggest hit of the day is our awesome t-shirts! In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt register by Thursday, July 9th. Water stop at halfway mark! Mile Markers at 1 & 2 PR on our fast course! music, breakfast & awards following the race. Awards for: 1st, 2nd, 3rd for Overall Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners for Male and Female Age Groups 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ The race starts promptly at 8:00AM, with registration beginning at 7:00AM.
