ICCS Fest and Panther Run 2026 — Lake Charles, LA

ICCS Panther Run: ICCS PTO will be holding its annual Panther Run/Walk 10k, 5K, and 1-Mile Color Run on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The races and color run will wind through the streets of the beautiful Margaret Place District and along Shell Beach Dr. Please join us and support ICCS whether you run, walk or cheer! Proceeds from this event go to benefit the faculty, staff, and children of ICCS. Brief Route Description: 10K Start at Wilson St. and head north on Wilson toward Shell Beach Drive. Take a left on Shell Beach Drive. Turn around at Marine St at the 10K turnaround sign. Take a Run down Shell Beach to Clarence St. Turn left on Bord Du Lac Drive/Clarence St. Follow the jogging path on the lakefront until the final turnaround near the Veteran's Memorial. Turn around at the 10K turnaround and run back on Bord Du Lac to Shell Beach. Turn right on Shell Beach. Turn left on Wilson St. and finish at the start/finish line. Water stops will be located on the 5K and 10K routes. 5K Start at Wilson St. and head north on Wilson toward Shell Beach Drive. Take a left on Shell Beach Drive. This is an out and back route. Water station will be provided at 1.56 mile turn around point. 1-Mile Color Run Start at Wilson St. and head North on Wilson towards Shell Beach Drive. Take a right on Pithon St. Take a left on Park Ave. Take a left on Griffith St. Take a left on Wilson St. Take a right on Grove St. Take a right on Harrison St. Take a Right on Wilson St. Finish at the starting line. It is the responsibility of the runner to wear the bib during the race. ● Race bibs are to be worn on front of abdominal area throughout the race. ● Runners without bib numbers will not receive a time/score. ● Please remember to fill out the Emergency Medical Information on the bib number. Age Group Categories & Awards Awards will be issued to the following categories for the 10K & 5K only: ● Overall male and female: $50 gift certificate to House of Sole ● 1st-3rd place male and female runners in each age group: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and older Registration Questions All registrations and fees are non-refundable. Shirts Short sleeve performance t-shirts are provided to registered participants of the 10K, 5K & 1-Miler. Shirts and specific shirt sizes are guaranteed if you register by Sun day, October 4 , 2026, by midnight . If registered after the deadline, shirts may be received after the race depending on size ordered. Weather If there is lightning in the area, the race will either have a delayed start; route may be altered, or depending on the intensity of the weather, be cancelled.
