Join us for a great community 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk/Run to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of our Nation! The race is Sunday July 5th, on the beautiful Greater Allegany Trail (GAP) in Frostburg, MD. The 5k race will begin at 9:00 am, and the 1 mile Walk/Run a few minutes after. Registration, t-shirt, and number pick-up opens at 7:30 am. Both races consist of an out and back on the GAP trail starting at the bottom of the switchbacks at the Depot in Frostburg and running West half the distance out and then back. Gradual incline up with a decline to the finish. Pre-Race Day Registration is $25 for adults and $20 for children. Same Day registration will be available for $30. Refreshments, Giveaways, and Awards will be given at the after party at City Place!
