We run to ensure that every young person in El Paso has access to the mentorship, knowledge, and community connections that make leadership possible. Junior Leadership Run 5K presented by Pointe Homes Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026 Location: Deadbeach Brewery 3200 Durazno El Paso, Texas Beneficiary: Junior Leadership El Paso Program Revival Hosted By: Leadership El Paso Class 47 WHAT YOUR SPONSORSHIP & PARTICIPATION BUILDS The Junior Leadership El Paso program will serve approximately 40 high school students per cohort, immersing them in a year-long experience that includes: Monthly full-day leadership sessions with top professionals and civic leaders Deep exposure to El Paso's key sectors: government, healthcare, education, military, business, and the arts A capstone community service project conceived and executed by each cohort Mentorship connections with adult professionals from across industries A formal graduation ceremony and lifelong alumni network This is an investment in El Paso's future — not for one year, but for every year that follows.
