Contestants will test their appetite, determination, and love of cannoli as they compete for prizes, trophies, and ultimate bragging rights. Whether you're a future cannoli champion, a seasoned dessert enthusiast, or one of our special Celebrity & VIP guests, this event promises plenty of excitement, laughter, and Italian pride. Contest Divisions Kids Division Ages 8-14 Young cannoli lovers will compete to see who can eat the most cannoli within the allotted time. Adult Division 15+ Think you have what it takes to be crowned the Holy Cannoli Champion? Step up to the table and prove it! Celebrity & VIP Division Local personalities, community leaders, sponsors, and invited guests will compete in a friendly battle for community bragging rights and the honor of supporting one of Springfield's most cherished Italian traditions.
