THE RULES Chest to ground → Jump → Hands touch overhead. 10 reps per minute. Miss a round, you're out. Last one standing wins. WHAT TO EXPECT Start with 30–40 athletes. Every minute on the minute, complete 10 full burpees — chest to ground, hop at the top, hands touch overhead. Fall behind or break form and you're done. The crowd grows louder as competitors drop.
