THE RULES Chest to ground → Jump → Hands touch overhead. 10 reps per minute. Miss a round, you're out. Last one standing wins. WHAT TO EXPECT Start with 30–40 athletes. Every minute on the minute, complete 10 full burpees — chest to ground, hop at the top, hands touch overhead. Fall behind or break form and you're done. The crowd grows louder as competitors drop. This is endurance, grit, and community in the open air.
