Little Highlanders Running Camp July 13–16 | 5:30–7:30 PM For Incoming 2nd–8th Graders Join us for four fun-filled evenings of movement, teamwork, and confidence-building at the Floyd Central Summer Running Camp! This camp is designed for incoming 2nd–8th graders of all ability levels—from first-time runners to experienced athletes looking to improve their skills. Each day, campers will participate in age-appropriate running workouts focused on proper form, endurance, speed, and overall fitness. Sessions are designed to be challenging yet fun, with an emphasis on encouragement and personal growth rather than competition. In addition to running, campers will engage in daily team-building activities that promote sportsmanship, leadership, and friendship. Campers will be coached by current and former Floyd Central High School athletes and coaches, providing a positive, high-energy environment and great role models for young runners.
