Pride Run turns 43! Pride Run 2026 marks the 43rd running of the Los Angeles Frontrunners Pride Run. Come join us in celebrating 43 years of running, friendship, and community. Each year LAFR makes a contribution to local charities with the proceeds from the Pride Run. Pride Run 2026 features our traditional 5K and 10K race, free Kids Race and the Ultra Pride Run, where you race both the 5K and 10K! There is no registration on race morning, so please register in advance. Race Details Location: Crystal Springs Picnic Area, Griffith Park (same as 2025) Course: Flat trail/packed dirt around the golf course (5K = 1 loop, 10K = 2 loops) Start Times 10K: 7:30 AM Free Kids Race: 8:45 AM 5K: 9:00 AM Ultra Pride Run Ultra Pride runners race BOTH races and do not race continuously. After the 10K, Ultra Pride runners will race their 5K starting at 9:00 AM with the regular 5K. Virtual Race Can’t join us in person? Sign up for the virtual race and we’ll ship your race shirt and medal. Beneficiaries
