For all my Texas folks, the drive is so easy and pretty. Straight up Hwy 75, a left turn on W. Boggy Depot Rd. and a right turn on S. Carr Pen Rd (by the rodeo) and 1.5 miles down, you are there. (I'll have signs out to guide you) This privately owned 1,000 acre ranch is filled with old growth trees, lakes, and wildlife. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning. You don't want to miss out on this gem. You will get a mix of wooded and exposed trails, jeep trails, single track, and flat w/ a few rolling hills.
