The Pack offers structured workouts designed to help runners improve their speed and endurance, all while fostering a sense of camaraderie. Every Tuesday, the group runs an interval workouts around scenic Lake Hollingsworth, executing each rep together. Everyone runs their own pace, with faster runners getting a bit more recovery between reps. Thursdays focus on tempo or fartlek runs, where the group spreads out across the route. Our coordinator pairs runners when possible, so no one is running solo. Is The Pack right for you?
