Honor the life and legacy of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, by hosting the 2026 Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) at your gym, CrossFit box, or ruck club. The workout - designed to test physical and mental endurance - represents the date Travis made the ultimate sacrifice on 04/29/07. All participants, regardless of ability, are encouraged to push themselves to complete a 400-meter run and 29 weighted back squats, repeated for 7 rounds.
