Sponsored by the Rochester Rotary Club Both the 5K and 12K race courses are an out and back starting at the Moose Lodge, encompassing Westside Drive and the Nickel Plate Trail, finishing on the beach of Lake Manitou. Awards - Trophies will be presented to the top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female finishers in all three races, and medals will be presented to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in all three races for the following age groups: 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56-65, and 66 and over. Every 12K finisher will receive a Manitou Monster Medal
