The 6th annual MKTKD 5K event will be held Sunday August 9th at Webster park. Our last 5 #5KTKD events have raised over $25,000 for The Taekwondo Fund! We are excited to support Girls on the Run for 2026 . This year’s event will have a 5k run/walk and a children’s 1 mile run/walk! Everyone is welcome to participate and go at their own pace. The events will be timed with medals awarded to all participants and special trophies for the winners of all divisions. There will also be a virtual option for anyone who is not able to make the event in person. Each event (5k, 1 mile kids run/walk, and virtual) will have standard package including a medal, and a deluxe option including the medal and event shirt. Important information about the kid's 1 mile run: This 1 mile course is meant to challenge our younger students ages 4-12 to see how quickly they can run 1 mile.
