Mercy Race for the Future – Baltimore, MD 2026

Race for the Future is Mercy Health Services’ inaugural 5K and 1-mile walk, created to help fuel the Mercy Forever 150th Anniversary Campaign and the We Are 150 employee engagement initiative. The Mercy Forever campaign celebrates 150 years of compassionate care while investing in the next generation of healing services for our community. Taking place at the Maryland Zoo, this community-wide event brings together patients, caregivers, employees, corporate partners, families, and friends to move with purpose, honoring Mercy’s legacy and ensuring that the mission of Mercy lives on forever. Proceeds from the Race for the Future will support critical programs and initiatives that expand access to care, advance medical innovation, and strengthen the communities we serve. Every step taken represents a commitment to Mercy’s mission: to heal, to comfort, and to serve those who need us most.
