2026 Metro Detroit Heart Walk 5k Run/Walk Belle Isle State Park 99 Pleasure Drive Detroit, MI 48207 Join us to defeat heart disease and stroke in the D! It's never been a better time to find new ways to boost physical and emotional health. Joining the Heart Walk is a great way to socially connect and get moving - all while making a great impact in our community and saving lives. When you register, you're helping: ♥ Save more babies and kids who have congenital heart defects ♥ Train thousands in life-saving CPR ♥ Fund groundbreaking brain and heart research ♥ Champion health equity for all In addition to an officially timed 5k (8am), there is also a mile "Heart Walk" that starts at 930a. The Heart Walk is an untimed event. If walkers are interested in obtaining an official time, they must register for the actaul 5k event and be issued a timing bib.
