Matthew, a brave young boy who lost his life at just 9 years old after a valiant fight against leukemia. Throughout his battles, Matthew exemplified incredible resilience and positivity. He continued to attend school, play, and bring joy to those around him with his humor and determination. His unwavering spirit and courage are the driving forces behind Miles 4 Matthew. Matthew's parents and friends established Miles 4 Matthew to offer financial assistance to families facing pediatric cancer while raising awareness and fostering a positive mindset. Matthew, initially diagnosed with ALL at age 4, beat cancer but faced a rare relapse in 2022. Despite his struggles, he remained upbeat and determined. His story inspires us to support others and continue his legacy. We invite you to join us for the Miles 4 Matthew 5K taking place on Saturday, October 18th at No Label Brewing Co. With both a 5K & 1K there is something for the whole family to enjoy!
