Miles for Mental Health 5k, Miles for Mental Health 30 Mile Challenge
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we invite you to join us for our Miles for Mental Health Virtual Challenge. Choose your journey—run or walk a 5K, or take on our 30-mile challenge and complete it throughout the month of May. This free virtual event is about more than just miles. It’s a reminder that movement is medicine—for the body and for the mind. We run for clarity, for healing, for connection, and to help break the stigma that still surrounds mental health in our communities. Whether you're running solo or alongside your local Latinos Run or Latinas Run crew, every step you take helps raise awareness and create space for open, honest conversations around mental well-being.
