The event offers two distance options: a 2-mile run and a 5-mile run, both beginning at 9:00 AM. This race provides endurance athletes with a choice between a shorter warm-up distance or a more substantial training effort, making it accessible for runners at different fitness levels. The downtown Billings venue puts the start and finish in the heart of the city, offering convenient access to local accommodations and post-race services. Athletes should plan their travel and lodging accordingly for early morning arrival in this central Montana location.

Race Day: Saturday, May 09, 2026 5 mile starts at 8:00 a.m. and the 2 Mile starts at 9:00 a.m. Thank you for participating in the 45th Annual Montana Women’s Run Event. The Montana Women’s Run event consists of a 5 mile and 2 mile course. We will also offer a Virtual 5 mile or 2 mile option. Participants can walk, run, or even wheelchair either distance. Children in strollers do not need to be registered unless you’d like a t-shirt for your child. Bikes, Rollerblades, skateboards, pets, smoking and headphones will not be permitted on the course. You MUST pre-register and pick up your t-shirt and packet, May 7-8 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day. Race Headquarters NEW LOCATION.. CITY HALL, 316 N 26TH ST. You can register online up until 12:00 p.m Friday May 8th but will still need to pick up your t-shirt and packet at Headquarters by 6:00 p.m. Registration will also be available at Headquarters from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. May 7-8th.
