Move with Moosic 5k Run/Walk – Moosic, PA 2026

Moosic Borough is thrilled to announce the second annual Move with Moosic 5k Run/Walk is scheduled for June 7, 2026 with a 9AM start time. The race will begin at the Moosic Youth Center, wind down Main Street and Minooka Avenue to Felter Field, pass by the Moosic High Alumni Memorial and Edmond Piaski Park on Elm Street, travel up Spring Street to Mary Ann Nawrocki Park, and loop back around to end with a celebration back at the Moosic Youth Center. New this year we have added a 1/4 mile kids fun run. Children ages 10 and under are welcomed to sign up for this free event which will follow the 5k. This years event will kick off the summer in our community and all proceeds will be used to reimagine and rejuvenate our green spaces in Moosic Borough. Last year, our community came together and raised an extraordinary $45,000—and those dollars have already made a visible, lasting impact across our parks and green spaces. As we prioritize public safety, maintaining and updating our infrastruc
