WHAT North Carolina Blueberry Festival 5K Run The NC Blueberry Festival 5K kicks of a full Saturday of events during the 23rd Annual North Carolina Blueberry Festival featuring live music, craft vendors, a car and truck show, a pie-eating contest, and of course, lots of fresh blueberries. Runners experience the picturesque small-town charm of historic downtown Burgaw during the town's premier event of the year. The festival also hosts a non-competitive bicycle ride on Saturday morning - the Tour de Blueberry. There's nothing like finishing a brisk run or ride with some fresh, locally grown blueberries! STAY FOR THE NC BLUEBERRY FESTIVAL As the race finishes, the NC Blueberry Festival kicks off and provides participants with an array of music and attractions to enjoy all day long!
