Welcome to the Newbsanity Last Man Standing OCR Ultra! Athletes will complete an obstacle loop every hour on the hour until only one athlete remains. This event is meant to be an obstacle course version of a "backyard ultra"...it will be a grueling physical and mental test for all who decide to take on the challenge! Athletes will begin their first loop at 8AM. Course -The loop will be approximately 3 miles Starting Corral -Participants must be in the starting corral at the bell (start of the lap) Starts -Each loop starts precisely 1 hour after the last -Warning will be given 3,2,1 minutes prior to start -All competitors must start at the bell. No late starts Loops -Except for restrooms, competitors may not leave the course until each loop is completed. -Eliminated runners may start additional laps during the official lap starts but may not provide physical assistance to those still in the competition. -No personal aid during the loop.
