Historic Newburgh, Inc. is excited to present the First Annual Liberty Federal Credit Union Newburgh Derby Dash on Saturday, May 2 along the beautiful Newburgh Riverfront! Choose your pace and your race: ♂️ Timed 5K with awards for multiple male and female age groups, 9:00 a.m. start ♀️ 1-Mile Option perfect for walkers, families, and those who want a shorter distance All participants will receive a FREE custom Derby Dash t-shirt! The start and finish line will be at the intersection of State & Water Streets by Marida Mediterranean Restaurant. The scenic 5k route takes you along the French Island Trail, passing Old Lock and Dam Park and turning around just before the hill leading up to Newburgh Overlook Park. You’ll enjoy beautiful Ohio River views the entire way!
