The Night Raid 5K & Fun Run brings together runners of all ages for a unique nighttime race experience that combines community, challenge, and high-energy atmosphere. The night kicks off with the Fun Run, an 800-meter race on the track starting at 8:30 PM. This event is perfect for kids, families, and first-time runners who want to experience the excitement of racing inside the stadium. At 9:00 PM, the spotlight turns to the Night Raid 5K. The race begins on Edwardsville-Galena Road beside the Floyd Central track, sending runners up the opening hill toward the school. From there, participants will complete two laps around Floyd Central’s campus, taking in the course under the night sky before heading back toward the stadium.
