This is a triathlon training clinic for kids, held in Lansdale, Pennsylvania on April 14, 2026. The program takes place at either 1541 Supplee Drive or Allentown Road and starts at 6:15 PM. Entry costs $70.00 per participant. The event focuses on coaching and skill development rather than a competitive race format, making it an ideal introduction to triathlon for young athletes who want to build foundational fitness and technique across swimming, cycling, and running disciplines.

This program is designed to help your child be ready and complete the North Penn IronKnights Triathlon. PLEASE NOTE ALL PARTICPANTS MUST BE NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS, YOUR CHILD MUST BE ATTENDING A NORTH PENN SCHOOL. Also note this program does not include the race. It is for the training program only. This program is designed to help prepare your child for the biking and running portion of the race. It is not designed to help your child win. It is a skills based training program that helps kids become more comfortable on the bike and build endurance for running. This program does not include swimming. There will be swim practices that will be held at the high school to help your child prepare for the swim, those are under the direction of the North Penn School District and information will be communicated from them.
