I:40 Race Service with the help of the Muskogee Running Club and Muskogee Parks & Recreation will host the the Okie Half on March 13, 2027. Okie Half 2027 will feature a flat certified course that starts/finishes inside the fully restored "Hanger 1" of the Hatbox Events Park. We can't stress enough the FLATNESS of this course! Also has cool features like going by the historic ROXY Theatre, "Circling Merle" at the Merle Haggard Statute, and going through Muskogee's Depot District. The 5k course is also on the flat track that is USATF Certified and mostly run the loop trail around Hatbox Sports Complex. There will be lots of goodies and extras with this event including : - GIVE AWAY ITEM YET TO BE DTERMINED!! Must register by March 1st for guaranteed size. - 1st Place Mugs for top runner in every Half Marathon Age Groups, 5 year age groups to 80 & Over - Cast finishers medals for half finishers & first place in each 5k Age Group (wood medals for 2nd & 3rd) - BBQ Food Truck Tacos afterwar
