Babes of Wellness is a Los Angeles–based wellness studio rooted in movement, community, and health. What began as a space for women and femmes to show up as they are has grown into a citywide collective for inclusive fitness experiences that honor both the body and the land we move through— a practice as old as the trails themselves .
