More details coming soon! Join us at the third annual memorial run/walk to remember fallen OBPD Phylicia Carson. Officer Carson was a devoted wife and mother who gave her life serving her community. Help us celebrate her life and support the organizations that were important to her and her family; The Pregnancy Help Center and Missouri COPS.
