The Portland Triathlon Club presents an awesome opportunity to practice your triathlon skills in a non-competitive environment: The Annual Mock Triathlon . PLUS! Join us for a ‘Mock the Mock’ event, which will include a course preview the morning of Sunday, May 3rd at Lake Vancouver. You are welcome to this free event for a self-paced or group course preview coupled with a ‘fix a flat’ workshop to cover basic bike maintenance and get us all set for the Mock Tri the following Saturday. This is an excellent training event - allowing you to see where you are in your triathlon fitness, as well as offering first-timers the opportunity to try the sport in a supportive environment. This is a “mock” triathlon, not a formal competition with finisher medals and official timing.
