Join us September 5th and 6th for two hybrid racing options designed to challenge and inspire you. Saturday, September 5th: HYROX LITE New to hybrid racing? HYROX LITE is the perfect introduction. Think of it as a 5K for Hyrox—ideal for entry to intermediate level athletes who want to experience HYROX competition before committing to the full event. The HYROX LITE Workout: 300 Meter Run (before each station) Ski Erg – 500 meters Sled Push & Pull – 50 meters total (152kg men / 102kg women) Burpee to Plate Jump – 40 reps Rower – 500 meters Farmer Carry – 100 meters (24kg × 2 / 16kg × 2) Sandbag Reverse Lunges – 50 total (20kg / 16kg) Wall Balls – 50 reps (6kg / 4kg) Sunday, September 6th: Full HYROX Simulation Ready for the real deal? Race the full HYROX simulation using official equipment including CENTR wall balls, sandbags, and sleds. Practice your race strategy, experience the electric energy, and sign up with a doubles partner.
