Join us in downtown Newport at Shortway Brewing for the Red, White & Brews 5K, a patriotic run celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary . This event is a community celebration of American pride! Runners and spectators alike are strongly encouraged to dress in patriotic attire!! The race kicks off and finishes at Shortway Brewing Co. in the heart of downtown Newport, where the celebration continues after the finish line. Stick around to cool down, raise a glass, and toast to 250 years of American spirit. Food trucks will be onsite on race day. Red, White & Brews is a USATF Certified 5k course located in Newport, NC. Race day is Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 9:00 am.
