When: Saturday May 16th @ 8:00am The Regeneration Foundation and Ethos Human Performance, in partnership with Plymouth Township Veterans Commission, will be hosting a 5K Walk/Ruck honoring our armed forces and first responders. The ruck will start and end at Ethos Human Performance in Plymouth on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 8:00am. We will start the walk at Ethos and head to downtown Plymouth with a pause halfway at the Veterans memorial then we will proceed back to Ethos for breakfast, celebration, and fellowship. The 5K Walk/Ruck brings our community together to move with purpose. Inspired by military ruck marches, participants will walk a 5K route carrying a backpack or weighted ruck as a way to honor the sacrifices of our veterans and service members.
